What a Shame !!!!!!!!!!
By the time you read this news, the body of Major Manish Pitambare, who was shot dead at Anantnag, would have been cremated with full military honors. On Tuesday, this news swept across all the news channels ‘Sanjay Dutt relieved by court’. ‘Sirf Munna not a bhai’ ‘13 saal ka vanvaas khatam’ ’although found guilty for possession of armory, Sanjay can breath sigh of relief as all the TADA charges against him are withdrawn’ Then many personalities like Salman Khan said ‘He is a good person. We knew he will come out clean’. Mr Big B said “Dutt’s family and our family have relations for years he’s a good kid. He is like elder brother to Abhishek”. His sister Priya Dutt said “we can sleep well tonight. It ’s a great relief” In other news, Parliament was mad at Indian team for performing bad; Greg Chappell said something; Shah Rukh Khan replaces Amitabh in KBC and other such stuff. But most of the emphasis was given on Sanjay Dutt’s ”phoenix like” comeback from the ashes of terrorist charges. Surfing through the channels, one news on BBC startled me. It read “Hisbul Mujahidin’s most wanted terrorist ‘Sohel Faisal’ killed in Anantnag , India . Indian Major leading the operation lost his life in the process. Four others are injured. It was past midnight, I started visiting the stupid Indian channels, but Sanjay Dutt was still ruling. They were telling how Sanjay pleaded to the court saying ‘I’m the sole bread earner for my family’, ‘I have a daughter who is studying in US’ and so on. Then they showed how Sanjay was not wearing his lucky blue shirt while he was hearing the verdict and also how he went to every temple and prayed for the last few months. A suspect in Mumbai bomb blasts, convicted under armory act…was being transformed into a hero. Sure Sanjay Dutt has a daughter; Sure he did not do any terrorist activity. Possessing an AK47 is considered too elementary in terrorist community and also one who possesses an AK47 has a right to possess a pistol so that again is not such a big crime; Sure Sanjay Dutt went to all the temples; Sure he did a lot of Gandhigiri but then……….. Major Manish H Pitambare got the information from his sources about the terrorists’ whereabouts. Wasting no time he attacked the camp, killed Hisbul Mujahidin’s supremo and in the process lost his life to the bullets fired from an AK47. He is survived by a wife and daughter (just like Sanjay Dutt) who’s only 18 months old. Major Manish never said ‘I have a daughter’ before he took the decision to attack the terrorists in the darkest of nights. He never thought about having a family and he being the bread earner. No news channel covered this since they were too busy hyping a former drug addict, a suspect who’s linked to bomb blasts which killed hundreds. Their aim was to show how he defied the TADA charges and they were so successful that his conviction in possession of armory had no meaning. They also concluded that his parents in heaven must be happy and proud of him. Parents of Major Manish are still living and they have to live rest of their lives without their beloved son. His daughter won’t ever see her daddy again. Finally Major Manish, to my generation is a greater hero, someone who laid his life in the name of this great nation. So guys, u knows which news to give importance, as it is a shame for us since this Army Major’s death news was given by a foreign TV channel!!!

Easy ..... but difficult ????
Easy is to get a place is someone's address book. Difficult is to get a place in someone's heart. Easy is to judge the mistakes of others Difficult is to recognize our own mistakes Easy is to talk without thinking Difficult is to refrain the tongue Easy is to hurt someone who loves us. Difficult is to heal the wound... Easy is to forgive others Difficult is to ask for forgiveness Easy is to set rules. Difficult is to follow them... Easy is to dream every night. Difficult is to fight for a dream... Easy is to show victory. Difficult is to assume defeat with dignity... Easy is to admire a full moon. Difficult to see the other side... Easy is to stumble with a stone. Difficult is to get up... Easy is to enjoy life every day. Difficult to give its real value... Easy is to promise something to someone. Difficult is to fulfill that promise... Easy is to say we love. Difficult is to show it every day...

quotes of love
I think.........,One does not fall 'in' or 'out' of love. One grows in love......... coz nothing is inside and outside of love...everthing we do, we care, we want, exists within the love. Love is the difficult realization that something other than oneself is real love is like a speech, any fool can start it but ending it rpuires cosiderable skill It can b very easy 2 fall in love but it is very difficult to find someone who can catch you when you fall... love me the most when i deserve it the least thats when i need it the most Worlds most beautiful sentence=> But, I love you........ Worlds most painful sentence => I love you, but........ Many take differences as fact of life knowing nobody is perfect n r ready to accept their love ones as they r.... Many want to change their love ones to become those he/she is not n just to meet the expectation that will never b possible love is not about finding the perfect person. but learning to see an imperfect person perfectly. In life.. i found you.. In you .. i found life..! thats love its better to lose your pride for someone you love rather than lose that someone you love for your useless pride love endures only when lovers love many things together & not merely each other love is like heaven but it can hurt like hell-sharon stone It takes only 3 seconds to say 'I Love You' ...But it takes a lifetime to prove it We never get what we want We never want what we get Wenever have what we like We never like what we have Still we live... Still we love... Still we hope... (i belive its true)I love you, not for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you Immature love says: 'I love you because I need you.' Mature love says: 'I need you because I love you.' I would rather be blind than not to see you. I would rather not hear anything than not to hear you, I would rather lose my voice if I didnt tell this to you, that I would rather lose my heart than not love you.

BEWARE OF THESE ORGANISATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! part II
Thks for ur overwhelming response .. but I was bit upset when i saw everybody has some or other difficulty with an organization but nobody coming forward with a complain. Hope with this blog some thing will change
BEWARE OF COUNTRY CLUB, BANGALORE
They advertise that if you take their membership, a plot of land will be given free of cost near Golden Spa at Coconut Grove. Please note Golden Spa is 35 Kns from Bangalore and the said plot of land is over 100 Kms from Bangalore. Based on false promises and with arrangement with Citibank and ICICI Bank, this team cheats the consumers of his money by asking payments through credit card.
BOOK TELESALES & RECOVERY AGENTS If you receive unwanted advertisement / telemarketing call from any company or recovery agents. Ask their telephone number and report to the police. File a police complaint against the Chairman of the company. BEWARE OF TATAINDICOM BROADBAND Their promises to get you a broadband connection within a week is not to be relied upon. Once your money is stuck (about Rs. 2000), it takes lot of pains to recover it back.
CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE COMPANIES / PRODUCTS LIST OF WORST COMPANIES AGAINST WHOM WE RECEIVE COMPLAINTS VERY FREQUENTLY AIRLINES: Air Deccan BANKS: ICICI bank, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank BUILDERS: Parimiti Buildcon (Thane), Madras City Co-op Bldg. ARE U BEING HARASSED BY CONSUMER COURTS? It has been seen that consumer are being harassed in the consumer courts when they go there to submit consumer complaint and attend hearings. They are not being served properly by the clerks, and the judges keep on giving hearing dates without arriving to judgment. These acts are contrary to the purpose of setting up of consumer courts that were basically meant to help the consumers. Please inform if you have experienced or witnessed harassment or corruption. Inform with the exact time, date, and location of the incident in writing through duly signed letter. Your details will not be disclosed on this website, but you should be ready to co-operate when action against these people is initiated by nabbing them through proper channel.

BEWARE OF THESE ORGANISATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! part I
BEWARE OF THESE BANKS Looking at the rising complaints against ICICI Bank, Citibank, and Standard Chartered Bank , we request consumers to properly read their documents and keep a record when dealing with these banks, especially regarding credit card and housing loan. These three banks are biggest defaulters and do not resolve consumer problems easily. Be aware of their terms in writing. Keep a perfect record of all correspondence with them. If they do not agree to written communication, immediately stop their services. BEWARE OF NOKIA Nokia assures that their handset is covered under insurance. They even provide a certificate of insurance. But the condition is that if the handset is lost/stolen, you have to lodge an FIR to seek claims. The catch here is that the police station does not lodge FIR for loss of handsets, they only register NC. So you will never get insurance claims on basis of NC. Nokia is selling some of its degraded products that have software problems. If you come across such problem in a new set, do not waste your time in running around service centres as it is not going to help much, ask for a replacement with a new set. DO NOT BUY NOKIA 6260
BEWARE OF AIR DECCAN
Their confirmed bookings are highly unreliable and of no guarantee that u will be allowed to fly . The booked tickets get cancelled without intimation to consumer only to be known by him when he goes to the airport to catch his flight.

School Days Memories
Gone are the days When the school reopened in June, And we settled in our new desks and benches. Gone are the days When we queued up in book depot, And got our new books and notes. Gone are the days When we wanted two Sundays and no Mondays, yet Managed to line up daily for the morning prayers. Gone are the days When we chased one another in the corridors in Intervals, And returned to the classrooms drenched in sweat. Gone are the days When we had lunch in classrooms, corridors, Playgrounds, under the trees and even in cycle sheds. Gone are the days When a single P.T. period in the week's Time Table, Was awaited more eagerly than the monsoons. Gone are the days Of fights but no conspiracies, Of Competitions but seldom jealousy. Gone are the days When we used to watch Live Cricket telecast, In the opposite house in Intervals and Lunch breaks. Gone are the days When few rushed at 5:30 to "Conquer" window seats in our School bus. Gone are the days Of Sports Day, and the annual School Day, And the one-month long preparations for them. Gone are the days Of the stressful Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Exams, And the most enjoyed holidays after them. Gone are the days We learnt, we enjoyed, we played, we won, we lost, We laughed, we cried, we fought, we thought. Gone are the days With so much fun in them, so many friends, So much experience, all this and more. Gone are the days But not the memories, which will be Lingering in our hearts for ever and ever and Ever and ever and Ever. I hope you went back to your Golden Olden days.......... For a while..........as I DID!! DID u??

NarayanaMurthy's views on staying late in the office
It's half past 8 in the office but the lights are still on... PCs still running, coffee machines still buzzing... and who's at work? Most of them??? Take a closer look... All or most specimens are ??-something male species of the human race... Look closer... again all or most of them are bachelors... and why are they sitting late? Working hard? No way!!! Any guesses??? Let's ask one of them... Here's what he says... "What's there 2 do after going home... here we get to surf, AC, phone, food, coffee.. that is why I am working late... importantly no bossssssss!!!!!!!!!!! This is the scene in most research centers and software companies and other off-shore offices. Bachelors "time-passing" during late hours in the office just bcoz they say they've nothing else to do... Now what r the consequences... read on... "Working"(for the record only) late hours soon becomes part of the institute or company culture. With bosses more than eager to provide support to those "working" late in the form of taxi vouchers, food vouchers and of course good feedback,(oh, he's a hard worker... goes home only to change..!!).They aren't helping things too... To hell with bosses who don't understand the difference between "sitting" late and "working" late!!! Very soon, the boss start expecting all employees to put in extra working hours. So, My dear Bachelors let me tell you, life changes when u get married and start having a family... office is no longer a priority, family is... and that's when the problem starts... becoz u start having commitments at home too. For your boss, the earlier "hardworking" guy suddenly seems to become a "early leaver" even if u leave an hour after regulartime... after doing the same amount of work. People leaving on time after doing their tasks for the day are labeled as work-shirkers... Girls who thankfully always (its changing nowadays... though) leave on time are labeled as "not up to it". All the while, the bachelors pat their own backs and carry on "working" not realizing that they r spoiling the work culture at their own place and never realize that they wuld have to regret at one point of time. *So what's the moral of the story?? * * Very clear, LEAVE ON TIME!!! * Never put in extra time " *unless really needed *" * Don't stay back un-necessarily and spoil your company work culture which will in turn cause inconvenience to you and your colleagues. There are hundred other things to do in the evening.. Learn music... Learn a foreign language... try a sport... TT, cricket......... importantly Get a girl friend or gal friend, take him/her around town... * And for heaven's sake net cafe rates have dropped to an all-time low (plus, no fire-walls) and try cooking for a change. Take a tip from the Smirnoff ad: *"Life's calling, where are you??"* Please pass on this message to all those colleagues And please do it before leaving time, don't stay back till midnight to forward this!!!
ITS A TYPICAL INDIAN MENTALITY THAT WORKING FOR LONG HOURS MEANS VERY HARD WORKING & 100% COMMITMENT ETC.
PEOPLE WHO REGULARLY SIT LATE IN THE OFFICE DONT KNOW TO MANAGE THEIR TIME. SIMPLE.
To hell with bosses who don't understand the difference between "sitting" late and "working" late!!!
